He met us on New Year's Eve without hesitation. We came from out of State and were not very familiar with the area so Jerry met us at our hotel and drove out to the property with us. He made himself available to us and was able to answer all of the questions we had. He was also highly responsive and extremely helpful with the closing process. Dana helped us with the recent purchase of a new construction vacation property in Port St Joe, Florida. The property was not complete when we got it under contract, and we are not local, so she was our eyes and ears on-site to ensure everything got buttoned up prior to closing.
